Healthcare Medical Sharing Benefit

We offer medical cost sharing through Sedera.  This program allows you to be more in control of your health care by eliminating networks and allowing direct relationships with your providers. You can learn more about Sedera’s medical sharing benefit we partner with here.

Our company pays for the monthly fee for you and/or your family at the $1,000 Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA) – similar to a deductible – level.

Dental Savings Plan

We pay for a dental savings plan for our employees which you can find here. This saves an average of 50% on dental services for you and your family. This plan takes advantage of existing insurance provider networks and extends direct cash savings to our employees.

Enrollment

Employees can enroll in both medical and dental savings plans after 30 days of employment with our team.
