Erin is an authentic and accomplished leader of people, executive coach, and leadership
consultant. She is passionate about helping everyone achieve their full potential. Erin is an ENFP and believes everything meaningful should also be fun! Erin enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the Rocky Mountains with her partner, Wayne and golden retriever, George.
Tim Bender
Business Coach
Tim is passionate, insightful, knowledgeable, and engaging with 25 years of experience in human dynamics and psychology. He is an expert of the Enneagram, and as a 4 can understand the tension within leaders to connect and stand out at the same time. Tim enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and exploring in the mountains with his partner and adult son.

George is everyone’s favorite furry friend. He breaks the ice, makes you feel seen and loved, and protects all those he cares about. He truly does bring happiness and joy wherever he goes. He loves hikes, lakes, and chasing bikes and animals around the mountains.
